test de ces hypoth\u00e8ses \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;analyses bioinformatiques de donn\u00e9es multi-omiques mais aussi d&rsquo;approches fonctionnelles sur des mod\u00e8les. Ces derni\u00e8res consistent par exemple \u00e0 tester si des anomalies retrouv\u00e9es dans les tumeurs sont suffisantes pour transformer des cellules normales en cellules tumorales, ou si le blocage de voies de signalisation identifi\u00e9es dans les tumeurs de mauvais pronostic suffit \u00e0 induire l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des cellules tumorales.
